Website structure

Hair Maiden already had an established logo and brand identity that needed to be translated effectively into the digital space. The website design was built around three key areas: an informative section, an online shop, and a dedicated blog and influencer section. Each area was designed to serve a distinct purpose while maintaining a consistent visual identity throughout the website.

Design challenges

Main design challenge was creating a cohesive visual system for a fairly large website with multiple sections, each serving a different purpose.

We were responsible for translating the existing Hair Maiden branding into the digital space and applying it consistently across both the informative and e-commerce parts of the website. This included defining the page layouts, visual hierarchy, navigation flow, and overall look and feel while making sure each section included the functionality expected from a standard website or online shop.

The goal was to make every part feel distinct in purpose, but still clearly belong to the same brand and digital experience.

e-commerce / shop sections

The e-commerce section needed to feel visually distinct from the rest of the website, while still being clearly recognizable as part of the same brand. This balance was achieved through the consistent use of colors, typography, and other key branding elements, combined with a structure tailored specifically to online shopping with more serious look.

The result is a shop that feels connected to the more informative parts of the website, while still including the familiar layouts, features, and interactions users expect from a standard e-commerce experience. This helped create a smoother transition between browsing the brand and shopping its products.

Shop design elements

All design elements used throughout the e-commerce section were created from scratch and tailored specifically to the existing Hair Maiden brand.

This included product cards, promotional banners, product listings, product pages, and other supporting interface elements. Each component was designed to feel consistent with the overall visual identity while also supporting a clear and intuitive shopping experience.

Influencer Hub

Since influencer partnerships and social media play an important role in Hair Maiden’s marketing strategy, the website needed a dedicated space to showcase these collaborations.

We created a separate influencer section featuring selected creators, with individual areas for reviews, videos, images, and other content showing them using and promoting the products.

This section works almost like a website within the website, giving each influencer enough space to tell their story while still remaining connected to the overall Hair Maiden brand. It also helps bring more authentic, community-driven content into the customer journey.

Blog pages

As an active member of the hair and beauty industry, it was important for Hair Maiden to have a dedicated blog section for relevant articles, news, interviews, and industry updates.

The section was designed as a standard editorial and news platform, with a clear article listing and individual post pages that support text, video, and image content.

Beyond supporting the brand’s role within the industry, this section also created a strong foundation for ongoing SEO and organic content growth. It gave Hair Maiden a space to regularly publish valuable content while keeping customers engaged beyond the shopping experience.
